Peppers Properties is a privately owned and operated company, providing large homes and apartments in the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor campus area for over thirty years. All properties are well cared for, with Tenants often expressing appreciation for our responsiveness and continuous improvement of the properties. Each House and Apartment is within walking distance to campus and also close to bus stops. Sorry, pets are not permitted.
